Assalamualaikum,
Alhumdulillah, we had a productive and inspiring meeting on 11/10/2024 in London with Hafez Rafikbhai, a distinguished guest from South Africa who runs a rehabilitation centre. It was a great opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights into the work being done to support those in need.
The meeting was attended by our esteemed Chair, Saeedbhai, and Vice Chair, Ahmedbhai, along with several other members of the executive committee. The presence of such dedicated leaders further emphasised the importance of the discussions we had, especially on matters relating to rehabilitation and community welfare.
Hafez Rafikbhai shared his experiences in running the centre, focusing on providing a holistic approach to rehabilitation, which combines faith-based principles with professional care. His approach not only helps individuals recover from their challenges but also guides them towards a spiritually fulfilling life.
The discussion opened the door to potential collaboration in the future, allowing us to explore ways we can support similar initiatives locally. It was a reminder of the importance of community-based efforts in uplifting and supporting those facing difficulties, both physically and spiritually.
